Allocate the stock.
Expose the shortage.
We designed the stock desk around allocations and backorders rather than a simple catalogue.
The operator needs to see which demand a quantity serves and where supply is still missing.

- Separating on-hand, reserved and inbound stock
A reservation must have a quantity behind it.
The allocation view and recovery record give the exception its own detail. We kept partial quantities visible so an order could not appear fully covered merely because some stock was available. The layout supports a purchasing decision with the supply record alongside it.
The pages we designed.
The build brings allocation desk, order demand, draft stock reservation, backorder BO–10486, product demand report and reservation history into one workspace.

We designed and built 6 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
