Is the consultation really free?
Yes. There is no charge for the consultation and no obligation to engage afterwards. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so directly. The call exists to establish mutual fit, not to pitch you.
What if I don't know my exact budget yet?
Select the approximate range in the form. Investment alignment is something we clarify on the call. A best estimate is far more useful than not reaching out at all.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We work with clients across the UK, Europe, and North America. All engagements are remote by default, with video consultations and portal-based project management throughout.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Focused builds typically run 6-12 weeks. Larger infrastructure projects run 3-6 months. Ongoing retainers are open-ended. We'll give you a realistic timeline on the call, not an optimistic one.
What if we're not ready to start immediately?
That's perfectly fine. The consultation is about understanding your project and establishing fit. If you're planning ahead for Q3 2026 or Q4 2026, we'd still encourage you to have the conversation now. Availability fills early.
Do you sign NDAs before the call?
We treat confidentiality as a default. If you'd prefer a formal NDA before discussing specifics, we're happy to sign one. Simply mention it when you submit your brief.
