1. What this policy covers

This policy describes cookies and similar browser storage used by the Anteomnio public website, operated by Anteomnio Marketing (OPC) Private Limited. Separate services reached through links have their own storage behaviour, as explained in section 5.

A cookie is a small value stored by your browser and sent back with later requests within its scope. The enquiry and booking forms use a session cookie to connect your submission to a security token held on our server.

2. The cookie we use

Name

PHPSESSID, the PHP session-cookie name used in the current configuration.

Purpose

Link forms to their security tokens, enforce submission limits and remember booking availability and outcomes to prevent duplicate requests.

Cookie contents

A session identifier. The name, email address and message entered into the form are not stored in this cookie.

Duration

A session cookie in the current configuration, without a persistent expiry. Browser session-restoration features may preserve it after a browser restart.

Security attributes

HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. The handler also sets Secure when the connection is HTTPS.

When it is set

The form requests a security token as soon as its script initialises. That request starts the session and may set the cookie before you type or submit anything. The same applies when the form is present in a closed dialog on another page.

What remains on the server

The session holds form security tokens and AOCaptcha challenges and one-use verification passes for the enquiry and booking forms. Challenges are accepted for up to five minutes and passes for up to ten minutes; expired records are rejected and cleared on subsequent verification requests. Movement coordinates and timing are processed for the verification and are not retained in the application session. AOCaptcha uses the existing first-party session cookie rather than a third-party cookie. After a successful enquiry, it also holds the submission time used for the repeat-submission limit. For bookings, it holds available slots, a request identifier, a submission fingerprint and the result/reference. It does not hold a separate copy of the full booking brief. Browser-cookie lifetime and server-session retention are separate: removing the cookie does not itself delete an enquiry email or other correspondence.

What the attributes do

HttpOnly prevents page scripts from reading the cookie directly. SameSite=Lax limits when the browser includes it with requests initiated from another site. Secure restricts its transmission to secure connections when that attribute is set. These attributes support the form's security; the server still validates the submitted token.

3. Tracking and browser storage

The public application does not include analytics scripts, advertising pixels, session-recording tools or third-party embedded widgets. Its images, fonts, stylesheets and scripts are served from this website. It does not write to localStorage or sessionStorage.

The session cookie is used for form security and booking continuity, not advertising, analytics or cross-site profiling. The site therefore has no optional marketing-cookie preference controls in this implementation.

Server logs are separate from cookies. Hosting infrastructure may record request information even if you block browser cookies. Read the Privacy Policy for the handling of request data, enquiries and correspondence.

4. Your browser choices

Your browser settings let you inspect, remove or block cookies for this website. The effect depends on what you choose:

• Delete the cookie. A later form request can start a new session. If you delete it while a form is already open, reload the page before submitting so the form can obtain a matching security token.
• Block the cookie. The public pages remain readable, but the server may be unable to match a submission to its session and the enquiry and booking forms may reject it.
• Close and reopen the browser. Do not rely on this alone to remove the cookie; session-restoration settings can preserve session cookies.

If you prefer to send your enquiry without using the form, email hello@anteomnio.com. To request action on information already sent to us, use the process in the Privacy Policy; deleting a cookie is not a data-deletion request.

5. Other websites

Following a link to GitHub, a social profile, the client portal or another external service takes you to a separate destination. Its cookies and policies apply there. A link does not load that service's scripts into this page.

This cookie register covers the public website. It does not describe the cookies used when signing in to or working inside a separate service.

We will update this policy when the public website's use of browser storage changes. The date at the top identifies this version.
