We were running 40k transactions a day on infrastructure that hadn't been touched in six years. Each time we had an outage it cost us about £12,000. Anteomnio rebuilt the whole stack up from the database layer all the way up through the API gateway and caching and whatnot, and we haven't had one single unplanned outage since. The migration also went smoothly. Our clients didn’t even notice the change.
Our old platform was basically held together with tape. Whenever a new fund came in, something would break. Anteomnio did not just patch the issues. They rebuilt everything properly. Now we onboard clients in hours instead of weeks, and the team actually trusts it.
We are a data company, so our platform is our product. The old build could not handle the query volumes we needed at enterprise scale. Anteomnio rebuilt the data layer and performance improved 11x. We can now close contracts that would have timed out before.
We were spending around 18 hours a week on invoicing, chasing payments, and updating project statuses across multiple tools. Anteomnio automated the full billing flow, from time tracking through to invoices and payment reminders. We have effectively gained back one full-time person worth of time each week.
Processing orders was always messy, especially during busy periods. Inventory never matched up and dispatch updates were often late. Anteomnio connected our Shopify store to the warehouse and accounting systems. Black Friday ran without us having to touch anything.
Client reporting was eating our margins. Every month we manually pulled data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Search Console for 35 clients. Anteomnio automated the whole pipeline. Reports go out on schedule automatically and are more consistent than what we were producing by hand.
