DMCA Policy

1. Overview

Anteomnio complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent intellectual property laws in other jurisdictions. We take copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to valid takedown notices.

This policy applies to content on anteomnio.com. For third-party client portals or systems we have built on behalf of clients, the relevant operator of that system is responsible for its own DMCA compliance.

2. Reporting Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on anteomnio.com infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by following the process below.

Please note: submitting a false or misleading takedown notice may expose you to legal liability. Only submit a notice if you have a good-faith belief that the material is infringing.

3. Notice Requirements

A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (email address, postal address, and telephone number).
2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list is acceptable.
3. The specific URL(s) on anteomnio.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices cannot be processed. We will notify you if your notice is missing required information.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, for example because the material is not infringing or because you have authorisation to use it, you may submit a counter-notice.

A valid counter-notice must include:

1. Your full legal name and contact information.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local federal court, and agreeing to accept service of process from the original complainant.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant obtains a court order restraining restoration.

5. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, Anteomnio will terminate the accounts or access of users or clients who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
