01 / THE DESIGN DECISION
The revised surface changes the price.
Revision 03 replaces porcelain with limestone while retaining the terrace, path and planting quantities. The inclusive example total moves from AUD 18,400 to AUD 20,000. We kept the agreed scope beside that change so the visual preference and its commercial effect remain connected.
