This policy applies to anyone using anteomnio.com and to clients operating systems, portals, or platforms built by Anteomnio. Use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Overview

Anteomnio builds digital systems, automation platforms, and client portals for businesses. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the boundaries of lawful and appropriate use of this website and any systems delivered by Anteomnio.

This policy exists to protect our clients, their end users, Anteomnio, and the broader public from harm caused by misuse of the systems we design and build. It is incorporated by reference into our Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • All visitors and users of anteomnio.com
  • All clients who have engaged Anteomnio to deliver any service
  • Any system, platform, portal, automation, or web application built by Anteomnio and operated by a client
  • Any third party accessing a system built by Anteomnio on behalf of a client

For client-operated systems, the client is responsible for ensuring their end users comply with this policy, and for incorporating equivalent terms into their own user agreements.

3. Permitted Use

You may use anteomnio.com and any Anteomnio-built systems for lawful business purposes in accordance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Permitted uses include:

  • Submitting genuine enquiries or booking requests via this website
  • Accessing and using client portal features in connection with an active engagement
  • Operating automation systems and workflows for your own legitimate business processes
  • Sharing the platform with your staff and authorised personnel within the scope agreed

4. Prohibited Use

You must not use this website or any Anteomnio-built system to:

Illegal Activity

  • Engage in, facilitate, or promote any activity that violates applicable law
  • Process, store, or transmit data in violation of applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent)
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Engage in fraud, money laundering, or financial crime of any kind

Harmful or Abusive Conduct

  • Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse any individual or organisation
  • Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws
  • Spread misinformation, disinformation, or deliberately misleading content
  • Use automated tools to scrape, mine, or harvest data from any Anteomnio-built system without written permission

Technical Attacks

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, server, or network
  • Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, or security probing without prior written consent from Anteomnio
  • Introduce malware, ransomware, viruses, or any other malicious code
  • Perform denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any delivered system
  • Circumvent or disable any security feature, authentication mechanism, or access control

Misuse of Credentials

  • Share admin credentials with unauthorised personnel
  • Create accounts or access rights for individuals who are not entitled to them under your engagement
  • Use another person's credentials to access any system

5. Client-Built Systems

When Anteomnio builds a system on your behalf, including client portals, automation platforms, or web applications, you take on responsibility for how that system is used once it is delivered and deployed.

As the operator of a system built by Anteomnio, you agree to:

  • Implement your own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for your end users that are at least as protective as the standards set in this AUP
  • Ensure your end users do not use the system for any prohibited purpose listed in this policy
  • Maintain appropriate security practices, including keeping software dependencies updated and access credentials secure
  • Notify Anteomnio promptly if you become aware of any security incident, breach, or vulnerability in a system we delivered to you
  • Not use the system to process special categories of personal data (e.g. health records, biometric data, financial data beyond standard business use) without additional legal safeguards in place

Anteomnio is not liable for misuse of systems after delivery. Responsibility for compliant operation passes to the client upon handover.

6. Content Standards

Any content submitted to or processed through an Anteomnio-built system must not:

  • Be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful
  • Contain or link to content that exploits or endangers minors in any way
  • Promote discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Violate any applicable export controls, sanctions, or embargo regulations

7. Security Responsibilities

All users, including clients and their end users, are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and credentials. Specifically:

  • Use strong, unique passwords for all system accounts
  • Do not share login credentials, even with colleagues. Use role-based access where the system supports it
  • Report suspected security incidents to legal@anteomnio.com immediately
  • Log out from admin panels and portals when using shared or public devices

If you discover a vulnerability in any system Anteomnio has built or operates, please report it to us responsibly via email before disclosing it publicly. We will acknowledge all responsible disclosures within 2 business days.

8. Monitoring

Anteomnio may monitor access logs, error logs, and system activity on any infrastructure we manage for the purpose of security, performance, and debugging. This monitoring is not used to build behavioural profiles or for any commercial purpose beyond the operational management of your engagement.

We do not proactively monitor the content of client communications or data processed through systems we have built and handed over.

9. Enforcement

Violation of this policy may result in, at Anteomnio's sole discretion:

  • A formal written warning
  • Immediate suspension of access to any Anteomnio-managed system or service
  • Termination of your engagement without refund
  • Legal action to recover damages, including reasonable legal costs
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where legally required or appropriate

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to cooperate with law enforcement in relation to any activity that may be unlawful.

10. Contact

To report a potential violation of this policy, a security concern, or to ask a question about permitted use:

Email: legal@anteomnio.com

We take all reports seriously and will respond within 2 business days.
