We keep what we collect to a minimum. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. This policy explains what we do collect, why, and how you can control it.

1. Overview

Anteomnio ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect when you use anteomnio.com or engage our services, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

By using our website or submitting an enquiry or booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. What We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry or deliver our services. Specifically:

Information you provide directly

  • Booking & Enquiry Forms: name, email address, company name, project description, and budget range when you submit a strategy call request or contact form.
  • Email Correspondence: any information you share with us via email before, during, or after an engagement.
  • Client Portal: if you are an active client using a portal we have built, additional project-related data is stored in accordance with a separate data processing agreement.

Information collected automatically

  • Server Logs: standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. These are retained briefly for security and diagnostic purposes only.
  • Cookies: a minimal session cookie is set when you visit the site. See the Cookies section below for details.

We do not collect payment card details directly. Payments are processed by third-party providers who are PCI-DSS compliant.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the information we collect strictly for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule strategy calls.
  • To prepare and issue proposals and invoices.
  • To deliver, communicate about, and manage your project.
  • To send essential service-related communications (project updates, payment notifications).
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in. We do not use your data for profiling, behavioural targeting, or advertising.

4. Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers that are password-protected, access-controlled, and regularly updated. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) for all web communications.

Access to personal data is restricted to members of the Anteomnio team who need it to do their work. We do not use offshore data processors without appropriate safeguards in place.

Despite our best efforts, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have concerns about transmitting sensitive data, please contact us directly to discuss alternatives.

5. Third Parties

We use a small number of third-party services in our operations. We only use providers that have acceptable privacy and security standards.

  • Transactional Email: we use Postmark to send booking confirmations and system notifications. Postmark processes email addresses and message content necessary for delivery.
  • Payment Processing: invoices may link to payment processors such as Stripe. These services have their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS compliance.
  • Analytics: we do not currently use any third-party analytics platforms that track individual visitors. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.

6. Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie to support the functionality of our website (e.g. CSRF protection on forms). This cookie does not track you across other websites and does not contain personally identifiable information.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies that profile your behaviour.

For full details, including a table of every cookie we set, what it does, and how to remove it, see our dedicated Cookie Policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
  • Deletion: request that we delete your data, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
  • Restriction: request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Portability: request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to processing of your data where we rely on legitimate interests as the legal basis.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@anteomnio.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law.

  • Enquiry data: retained for 12 months from last contact if no engagement commences.
  • Client engagement data: retained for 7 years from the end of the engagement for legal and accounting purposes.
  • Server logs: retained for 30 days then automatically deleted.

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently received data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. Contact & Complaints

For any questions, data access requests, or complaints about how we handle your personal data, contact us at:
