Read the period.
Consider the repair.
We gave the owner report a clear accounting period, then placed a repair approval sheet alongside it.
The owner can inspect the property's recorded expenses before considering a new request.

- Separating historic property expenses from proposed repairs
A proposed cost is not a past expense.
We kept the proposed work outside the historic expense story. That distinction matters to the layout: the report explains what has been recorded, while the approval sheet asks for a decision about what may happen next. Both remain connected to the property.
The pages we designed.
The build brings your property portfolio, carlton property report, recorded repair expense and repair scope and owner decision into one workspace.

We designed and built 4 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
