We designed the guest portal around a photographic welcome, a paper-style stay ticket and a day-by-day itinerary.
Arrival information gives the stay a practical sequence beyond the destination imagery.

01 / THE DESIGN DECISION
The proposed alternative needs a reply.
The concierge record shows an unavailable lake outing and a later time offered to the guest. We kept the alternative pending instead of inserting it into the itinerary as confirmed. The conversation and the plan remain connected while retaining their different states.

We designed and built 4 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
