Change the dates.
Inspect the difference.
We designed the booking-change workspace around the existing stay, the proposed request and alternative dates.
A guest can examine the options before reading the revised ticket.

- Explaining the price and policy effect of a booking change
The revised stay needs a price comparison.
The price and policy comparison explains the example AUD 330 change, while correspondence preserves the context. We kept a proposed alternative separate from a confirmed replacement. The forest-lodge imagery provides continuity without obscuring the commercial effect of changing the stay.
The pages we designed.
The build brings your forest stay, booking change request, booking price and policy comparison, revised Forest Room stay, alternative stay comparison and booking correspondence into one workspace.

We designed and built 6 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
