Guest and attendee operations / Interface design

Place every guest.
Check the capacity.

We connected the guest summary to a seating plan, preference records and a catering brief.

Each screen looks at the same event from a different operational question: who is attending, where they sit and what the team still needs to confirm.

DESIGN FOCUS
Reconciling guests, seating and catering readiness
01 / THE DESIGN DECISION

The seating plan exposes the gap.

The example has four unassigned guests. We carried that gap into the capacity review rather than allowing the attendance total to suggest the room was resolved. The catering screen then brings its own release blockers into view, keeping a working brief separate from an agreed service plan.

02 / THE BUILD

The pages we designed.

The build brings overview, seating, menu mix, eight named follow-ups and a detailed selected guest., current and proposed layouts, the four-person gap and venue review gates. and catering into one workspace.

03 / PROJECT NOTES

Project scope.

We designed and built 5 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.

The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.

The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
