Cover the shift.
Plan the access.
We built the after-hours workspace around an evening schedule, an access diagram and a handover record.
The coordinator can see who is covering the visit and how they are expected to enter the site.

A staffed visit can still fail at the door.
The missed-visit recovery keeps the access problem attached to the next plan. We did not treat a covered shift as proof that the work could proceed. Graphite surfaces and clear operational markers keep the scheduling information readable in a dense working view.
The pages we designed.
The build brings evening coverage, meridian site access, crew handover and missed visit review into one workspace.

We designed and built 4 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
