Scheduling and coverage desk / Interface design

See the shift.
Resolve the gap.

We centred the scheduling workspace on the participant and the visit.

Today's coverage gives the organiser a summary, while the visit detail carries the information needed to consider a replacement.

DESIGN FOCUS
Making an unfilled care shift visible
01 / THE DESIGN DECISION

Proposed cover is not confirmed cover.

The open-coverage record keeps the unfilled shift visible. We separated replacement review from the confirmed schedule so a proposed person would not erase the outstanding work. The interface describes administrative coordination, with the responsible next action attached to the gap.

02 / THE BUILD

The pages we designed.

The build brings today’s coverage, visit detail, replacement review and open coverage into one workspace.

03 / PROJECT NOTES

Project scope.

We designed and built 4 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.

The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.

The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
