Find a shared time.
Keep the change record.
We designed the interview coordinator around a weekly calendar with exact time intervals.
The shared view makes it possible to compare availability without translating a set of separate messages into a new schedule.

Availability must describe an interval.
The reschedule record preserves the change rather than overwriting the earlier plan. We kept the proposed arrangement and its history together so the organiser can see what is current and what still needs a response. The local workspace does not send invitations.
The pages we designed.
The build brings interview calendar, shared availability, interview details, change history, meet your panel and candidate preparation into one workspace.

We designed and built 6 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
A closer look.
