Check the paperwork.
We designed the referral workspace around an inbox, a reference register and a practice directory.
Those views give the coordinator the context needed to check the referral's administrative completeness.

- Reviewing referral completeness without implying clinical triage
Administrative review is not clinical triage.
We kept the record and its source accessible while moving through the review. The interface does not turn missing paperwork or a completed checklist into a clinical priority. Its purpose is to make the handoff and outstanding administrative items easier to inspect.

We designed and built 5 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
