Dermatology clinic website / Website design

Understand the appointment.
Prepare for the visit.

A clinic website that connects care pathways, specialist information, enquiries and practical arrival guidance.

We designed Serein to help a visitor find the relevant service and understand what happens next. Six pages give the clinic introduction, consultation request and first-visit information their own space.

DESIGN FOCUS
Service discovery and visit preparation
01 / THE CHALLENGE

The first visit begins
before the front door.

Service information and administrative questions need to be easy to find together.

We organised the site around the decisions a visitor makes: which service to read about, who they may see, how to enquire and how to arrive. The specialist profile and visit guide support that route without being buried in the contact page.

Soft blue, cream and slate set the visual tone. Open service rows and readable labels keep the practical content prominent beside the portrait and interior imagery.

02 / THE STRUCTURE

Find the service.
Plan the visit.

The navigation connects the clinic introduction to specific services and practical preparation.

01 / Directory

Browse care pathways.

Filters organise the service entries and show the matching result count.

02 / Specialist

Understand the consultation.

The profile explains the appointment approach and areas of discussion.

03 / Enquiry

Keep the selected context.

Service links preselect the relevant pathway in the consultation form.

04 / Arrival

Prepare before leaving.

The location page and visit guide cover entry, transport, hours and the first visit.

03 / CONSULTATION ROUTES

Different visitors.
Different starting points.

We provided new-patient, returning-patient and referrer routes. A referral enquiry needs different administrative guidance from someone looking into a first consultation.

The selected pathway and specialist appear in a live summary. When the unavailable specialist is selected, the form shows a closed-intake explanation. It does not turn that choice into a confirmed appointment.

04 / VISIT PREPARATION

Give arrival details
a proper place.

We built a dedicated location page with an arrival map, accessible-entry information, transport guidance and reception hours. These are details someone may need to reopen on the way to the clinic.

The separate visit guide follows before, during and after the appointment. Section links and expandable questions let a visitor reach a specific practical answer without rereading the full introduction.

05 / THE DELIVERY

A considered clinic website,
down to the arrival details.

We connected the service directory to the consultation form and gave visit preparation the same attention as the homepage.

NAVIGATION

Service-specific routes.

Pathway links preselect the relevant enquiry context.

EXPECTATIONS

An honest unavailable state.

The form explains closed intake without offering an appointment slot.

PREPARATION

A reusable visit guide.

Practical questions remain accessible independently of the enquiry.

DELIVERED SCOPE

Self-initiated portfolio project: six pages, service filters, contextual enquiry routes and a local form preview. Serein, its people and clinical content are illustrative. No booking, patient-record storage, clinical assessment or live submission is implemented.
