Understand the change.
We used a project journal to give the residential build a history, then placed finish choices and a variation record alongside it.
The client can move from what is happening on site to the decision being requested.

- Explaining construction changes with context and cost
A variation needs a reason and a price.
We wanted the proposed cost to be read with its scope. The finish studio supplies the visual context, while the variation page explains the change as a record of work. Separating those views lets the imagery support a decision without asking it to explain the commercial detail on its own.

We designed and built 4 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
