Read the report.
Follow the variance.
We organised the reporting workspace around a financial summary, a variance view and the records beneath it.
A reader can move from the headline figure to the explanation without changing reporting context.

- Making a management report traceable and actionable
A management figure needs an explanation.
We placed owned actions alongside the review rather than treating the report as a static presentation. The sample totals support inspection of the interface; they are not an account of client performance. The design makes the path from figure to record to next action visible.
The pages we designed.
The build brings september in focus, the gap, explained, a result you can trace, turn the report into a next step, three periods, one consistent view and the management perspective into one workspace.

We designed and built 6 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
