Describe the role.
Review the shortlist.
We designed the recruitment workspace around the employer's requirements and a considered candidate shortlist.
The brief provides the comparison basis rather than letting a set of profiles become an unstructured gallery.

The employer brief stays in view.
We kept candidate context and the employer's next discussion close together. That makes the shortlist useful as a working decision record, while leaving selection and contact outside the local interface. The project focuses on the employer side of recruitment, distinct from a candidate's application account.
The pages we designed.
The build brings the right conversation starts here, a shared definition of the role, three considered introductions and a focused first conversation into one workspace.

We designed and built 4 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
A closer look.
