Collect the evidence.
Keep the versions.
We gave the evidence room an archive-like identity, with file shelves leading into a paper-style review.
The request, version history and coverage matrix keep the document's role within the engagement visible.

- Showing evidence coverage without hiding unresolved versions
Coverage needs the right document.
We kept unresolved versions in the review story rather than letting a populated folder imply complete evidence. Reviewer allocation gives the work an owner. The acceptance states are prepared administrative examples, not an assurance opinion or a claim that the evidence has been independently verified.
The pages we designed.
The build brings west Court evidence room, evidence request R03, change register document review, evidence version history, evidence coverage matrix and reviewer workload allocation into one workspace.

We designed and built 6 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
