Know the asset.
Keep the overdue work.
We organised the technical workspace around a site portfolio, asset register and selected equipment history.
The site topology provides orientation; the record gives the service status its detail.

- Keeping an asset overdue until the service is actually closed
A planned visit does not close a service.
The overdue asset remains overdue despite a proposed recovery visit. Its document pack also distinguishes current records from a pending permit. We carried those dependencies into visit preparation rather than allowing a future date to suggest the work had already been completed.
The pages we designed.
The build brings site portfolio, eastworks asset register, aHU–01 service history, planned visit V–1102, eastworks site service plan and asset document library into one workspace.

We designed and built 6 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
