Prepare the visit.
Keep the conversation.
We designed the patient workspace around an appointment overview and a compact visit record.
Document rows and a readiness checklist give administrative preparation its own readable structure.

The checklist belongs beside the appointment.
The coordinator thread retains the context before and after the visit. We kept the follow-up connected to the appointment rather than making the patient start again in a general message screen. The content is administrative and uses fictional records, with no clinical instructions or claimed treatment outcomes.

We designed and built 5 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
