Track the return.
Check the condition.
We built the rental desk around reservations, returns and a condition record.
The operator can see where equipment is in its rental cycle without using one status to cover several different events.

- Keeping rental reservations, returns and quarantined equipment separate
Returned equipment may still be unavailable.
Quarantined equipment remains separate from stock that can be reserved again. We kept the condition review attached to the return so physical arrival would not automatically restore availability. The interface illustrates that administrative distinction using authored inventory records.
The pages we designed.
The build brings equipment and rental desk, reservation schedule, dispatch manifest, return condition review, lW–007 equipment condition and stock utilisation report into one workspace.

We designed and built 6 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
