Follow the chain.
Find the blocker.
We made the buyer-and-seller chain the starting point of the property transaction workspace.
The selected dossier gives one transaction depth without losing its relationship to the others.

- Making ownership and blockers visible in a property sales chain
A linked sale needs clear ownership.
The missing-appendix review connects a document blocker to an owned next action. We kept coordination targets and document status visible while avoiding any implication that the interface calculates legal deadlines. The property imagery and records are illustrative, with no live transaction or correspondence.
The pages we designed.
The build brings connected sales chain, cedar transaction dossier, document register and milestones and missing appendix follow-up into one workspace.

We designed and built 4 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
