See the lease event.
Record the preference.
We designed the lease workspace around a month agenda, an owner review and a tenant note.
The linked markers give upcoming conversations a place in the calendar without replacing the property record.

- Coordinating lease conversations without treating preference as agreement
A conversation is not a renewal agreement.
We kept a tenant's preference separate from the owner's decision and any accepted renewal. The contextual note helps explain the current position, while the calendar remains an administrative guide rather than a calculation of notice periods. Nothing is sent or persisted.
The pages we designed.
The build brings november lease conversations, oak House owner review and tenant preference and file note into one workspace.

We designed and built 3 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
