Legal services for founders / Website design

The business behind
the legal question.

A legal-services website that helps founders understand the work, explore its scope and arrive with a better brief.

We brought expertise, fee guidance and intake into a single experience, with the restraint of an established firm and the usefulness of a working tool.

01 / THE CHALLENGE

Expertise is only useful
when people can place it.

A founder may know the problem without knowing what to call the legal work.

A list of practice areas leaves visitors to translate their situation into the firm's vocabulary. The website needed to explain the offer while giving fees, the firm's credentials and the enquiry process their own space.

We organised five pages around that decision: what the firm handles, how an engagement might be scoped, who is behind the work and what to prepare before making contact.

02 / THE STRUCTURE

Define the work.
Prepare the brief.

The structure gives each page a job. Visitors can examine expertise and cost independently, then bring that understanding into the intake.

01 / Expertise

Locate the matter.

Give legal services a dedicated place, separate from the firm's story and general contact information.

02 / The firm

Establish context.

Use a restrained editorial layout to introduce the practice without interrupting service discovery.

03 / Fees

Explore the scope.

Let visitors select relevant services and see how an illustrative estimate changes.

04 / Intake

Prepare the brief.

Collect the company stage, type of matter and enquiry details in a reviewable request.

03 / MAKING SCOPE VISIBLE

A fee makes more sense
beside the work it covers.

We made fee exploration an interaction. Selecting services changes the estimate, connecting the number to a defined set of choices instead of leaving it as an isolated price.

The useful design decision is the relationship between scope and cost. Visitors can revise the selection and see its effect before preparing an enquiry. The estimate provides guidance; the interface does not turn it into an agreed engagement.

04 / A MORE USEFUL HANDOFF

Give the enquiry
some business context.

A blank message box asks the visitor to decide what the firm needs to know. The intake provides a more useful starting point by asking about the company and the matter alongside contact details.

We added a readable summary so the person can inspect what they have entered. The front end prepares a downloadable request, making the handoff tangible without suggesting that an engagement has already begun.

05 / THE DELIVERY

A professional presence
with practical depth.

The work connects the firm's presentation to the decisions a prospective client has to make.

IDENTITY

Authority without excess.

Deep green, measured typography and generous spacing give service content room to carry the page.

STRUCTURE

Separate questions, connected pages.

Expertise, fees and intake support one journey while remaining useful as individual destinations.

INTERACTION

A brief people can inspect.

The estimate and request summary make the website useful beyond its introductory copy.

DELIVERED SCOPE

Five-page website and front-end interactions for service selection, illustrative fees and enquiry preparation.
