Outcome-led scoping
We don't start until we can define what a good outcome looks like in specific, measurable terms. Scoping around outcomes rather than features changes what gets built.
Root cause thinking
We spend time on the diagnosis before suggesting a solution. In our experience, the stated problem and the actual problem are usually different things.
Performance as standard
We set a load time target at the start of every project. Under 1.5s is the default. We don't treat speed as a nice-to-have.
Measurable delivery
We agree on what success looks like before we start, then we check it after launch. If we said we'd hit a specific number, we track it.
Security by architecture
Security is built in, not bolted on. Prepared statements, Argon2 hashing, CSRF protection, and role-based access are defaults, not extras.
