See the coverage.
Keep the open hours.
We designed the staffing console around a shift matrix, worker availability and a replacement review.
The employer request provides the context for the person being considered.

- Separating proposed staffing replacements from confirmed coverage
A proposed replacement still needs confirmation.
The example contains six shifts totalling 48 paid hours, with five confirmed and one proposed replacement. We kept the remaining coverage visible in the employer report rather than counting a proposal as a filled shift. The workspace does not contact or book a worker.
The pages we designed.
The build brings shift coverage, employer request, worker availability, replacement review, worker and employer coverage report into one workspace.

We designed and built 6 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
