Count the delivery.
Reconcile the receipt.
We connected the receiving desk to a purchase-order reconciliation and a corrected receipt.
The line-level view makes it possible to inspect the count rather than rely only on the delivery total.

- Reconciling a supplier delivery before updating stock
Delivered and accepted are different quantities.
We kept rejected and accepted quantities separate before showing the corrected stock position. The product photograph supplies a visual reference; it is not evidence of the recorded delivery or damage. The local interface does not update an inventory system.
The pages we designed.
The build brings dock receiving desk, purchase order reconciliation and corrected stock receipt into one workspace.

We designed and built 3 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
