Record the issue.
Check the release.
We connected the quality register to a dimensioned drawing and a nonconformance record.
The document treatment keeps technical detail close to the item being reviewed.

- Linking nonconformance records to release evidence
Evidence coverage must match the units.
The example release evidence covers three of 24 units, leaving 21 outstanding. We made that incomplete coverage visible rather than allowing recorded checks to imply a full release. The cobalt technical system supports inspection of the record; the drawing is illustrative and not a manufacturing instruction.

We designed and built 3 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The screenshots show authored interface states. Live accounts, operational integrations and production transactions are outside this portfolio build.
The gallery shows our rendered pages with identifying details masked.
