Understand the workplace.
Prepare the support brief.
We used a workplace diagram to explain the managed-IT offer, then developed the service detail into a more specific account of the working environment.
The visitor can place the service in the context of the people and equipment involved.

- Explaining managed IT support through the workplace
The offer connects devices, people and support.
The enquiry collects that context before a support conversation. We kept the presentation concrete without inventing service-level commitments or live monitoring. The diagram explains relationships in the offer; it is not a claim that a customer's infrastructure has been discovered or managed.

We designed and built 9 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The shortlist and planning notes stay within the browser session. Enquiries produce a local preview; no request, payment or booking is sent.
