Name the uncertainty.
Frame the research.
We organised the research consultancy's website around approaches and the questions they could help investigate.
The visitor can connect a method to a business uncertainty before starting a brief.

- Starting a research enquiry with the decision to inform
The enquiry begins with a decision.
The planner asks what decision the research should inform. We kept that purpose visible instead of presenting the website as if findings already existed. The studies explain a proposed scope; they do not assert completed research, participant evidence or measured client results.
The pages we designed.
The build brings home, research approaches, in-context interviews, frame a research question and discuss a question into one website.

We designed and built 9 pages for this self-initiated project, including the layouts, responsive behaviour and front-end interactions. The interface uses sample business records.
The shortlist and planning notes stay within the browser session. Enquiries produce a local preview; no request, payment or booking is sent.
