About this project

This platform needed a consumer-facing website that turned anxious first-time visitors into booked therapy sessions, without clinical coldness or startup gloss. We mapped the four-step onboarding journey, from identifying a need through therapist matching to the first session, into a page structure that reduced friction at each step, pairing the CBT, video and text-therapy options with a tone calibrated for emotional safety. Design work covered the employer EAP landing experience, a plans-and-pricing flow, and a crisis-pathways module built in line with UK healthcare regulatory guidance and GDPR.
