About this project

This firm's intellectual property practice managed hundreds of live filings across multiple jurisdictions, but attorneys had no single way to track status, deadlines or billing performance. We designed a specialised IP dashboard built around the firm's core workflows (Matters, Clients, Filings, Billing and Reports), showing filing pipelines alongside revenue metrics in one role-restricted interface. The 'View all filings' shortcut became a persistent, filterable panel, so patent and trademark attorneys can triage at a glance instead of drilling through nested menus.
