Executive Banking Dashboard

This financial institution's executive team needed one view of operational and financial health, but reporting was fragmented across core banking exports that needed manual aggregation before each board meeting. We designed an Executive Dashboard that brings accounts, loans, deposits and branch performance metrics together, with a watchlist module for at-risk positions. The visual language was built for executive audiences: high information density without clutter, with drill-down access to the Reports module for deeper questions. We engineered a nightly data pipeline that pulls from the core banking system and normalises figures into the dashboard schema, so the interface stays fast without live transactional queries.
