Consulting Practice Intelligence Dashboard

This specialist consulting practice was managing dozens of client relationships and concurrent projects from a combination of CRM notes and manually updated financial spreadsheets that made real-time revenue visibility impossible. We designed and built a practice intelligence dashboard centred on a Revenue Overview panel, a Services Distribution breakdown, an Active Projects tracker, and a live Recent Activity feed that surfaced action items without requiring partners to poll each team member individually. The Analytics section was built to support partner-level reporting, aggregating utilisation, billing status, and project health into board-ready charts exportable directly from the interface. A dedicated Team view gave engagement managers clarity on individual allocation versus available capacity across active mandates.
