What We Were Solving
The brand operated three wellness clinics offering 14 treatment types. Their WordPress website had a generic contact form that generated enquiries but no direct bookings. 92 percent of bookings happened by phone, creating a front-desk bottleneck during treatment hours when staff were also managing in-clinic clients. Average phone hold time was 4 minutes and an estimated 30 percent of callers abandoned. The business was losing approximately 180 bookings per month to phone abandonment alone, representing roughly 22K GBP in lost monthly revenue.

We built location-specific booking pages with treatment-specific flows designed around how wellness clients choose services. Each treatment page includes description, duration, pricing, practitioner profiles and availability, so clients can self-serve the entire booking process. The booking engine connects to their scheduling system to show real-time availability and prevent double-booking. Automated confirmation, reminder and follow-up sequences replace manual communication. A rebooking prompt at the end of each appointment drives repeat visits.
