The group operated four dental practices but had a single generic website that made no distinction between locations. Patients could not book online and the only call-to-action was a phone number. The site was not mobile-responsive despite 72 percent of dental searches happening on mobile. The group ranked poorly in local search, appearing on page three or lower for three of four locations. Online booking integration connects directly to their practice management system. Schema.org LocalBusiness and Dentist markup ensures rich search results. Each location page is optimised for area-specific search terms. Google Business Profile optimisation complemented the on-site work. The conversion flow was designed specifically for how dental patients book: see services, check the team, read reviews, then book.
