See what automation is really worth.

Three quick calculators. Put a number on the hours a manual process is costing you and what automating it saves, get a rough build and running cost for an AI agent, or weigh automating against a new hire. Move the sliders or type exact figures, pick your currency, and the numbers update live. No sign up, no email, and the math is shown so you can check it.

How to read your automation ROI

The automation ROI calculator turns a slow manual job into a number. Hours a week, the people on it, and what an hour of their time really costs, multiplied across a month and a year. Automating rarely removes a task completely, so you set the share it can take off your plate, and the payback shows how long the build takes to cover its own cost.

What counts as cost per hour

Use the loaded cost, not just the wage. Salary, tax, software and the management around a person usually add 25 to 40 percent. If you are not sure, take the salary, add a third, and divide by about 1,800 working hours a year.

Why the payback matters more than the price

A build that costs more but clears a bigger weekly load can pay for itself faster than a cheap one. Watch the months to payback and the year one return, not the sticker price. Anything that pays back inside a year is usually worth a serious look. See when an internal tool is worth building and automating the document shuffle.

Automation, an AI agent, or a hire?

Deterministic automation is best for strict, rule based work. An AI agent handles the fuzzy front edge: calls, questions, reading documents. The hire tab weighs automating a role against filling it. Many teams use a mix, and the three tabs let you compare.

What the agent estimate includes

The one time build covers design, grounding in your data, guardrails, integrations and testing. The monthly figure is the models and hosting, which rise with volume. It is a budgeting guide, not a quote. See where an AI agent earns its place.
