Overview

We are committed to protecting your personal data and handling it carefully. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and the rights you have over it. It covers this website and the systems we operate as part of an engagement.

What we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

  • Information you give us directly: details submitted through the contact and booking forms, the content of email correspondence, and data you enter into a client portal during an engagement.
  • Information collected automatically: standard server logs (such as IP address and request time), and, once you consent, analytics and advertising data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and identifiers set by cookies. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

We use your data to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver our services, send essential communications about your engagement, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising data to measure how our site and campaigns perform and to reach similar audiences.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

Storage & security

Your data is stored on password-protected, access-controlled servers, and is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access is restricted to the team members who need it to do their work.

Third parties

We rely on a small number of trusted processors: Google Workspace for email, including messages sent from our contact form, and, with your consent, Google (Analytics, Ads and Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity and Advertising), Meta and LinkedIn for analytics and advertising. We use Razorpay, Stripe and PayPal for payments, and Fontshare to serve the site's typeface. Several of these are based outside India, mainly in the United States, so your data may be processed there under their own safeguards.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the site, and, only with your consent, analytics and advertising cookies. You can accept, reject or change your choice at any time. Full detail, including every cookie and provider, is in our Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, and to ask us to correct, delete, restrict or provide a portable copy of it. You may also object to certain processing. We will respond to any such request within 30 days.

Data retention

  • Enquiry data: retained for 12 months.
  • Client data: retained for 7 years, for legal and accounting reasons.
  • Server logs: retained for 30 days.
  • Analytics data: retained for up to 14 months.

Children

Our services are not directed at anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data belonging to a child, we will delete it.
