Anteomnio complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent intellectual property laws in other jurisdictions. This policy applies to content hosted on anteomnio.com. For systems we have built for a client, the relevant operator of that system is responsible for its own DMCA compliance.

Reporting infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on anteomnio.com infringes your rights, you may submit a takedown notice.

Notice requirements

A valid DMCA notice must include all of the following:

  • Your full legal name and contact information (email address, postal address and telephone number).
  • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. A representative list is acceptable where multiple works are involved.
  • The specific URL(s) on anteomnio.com where the allegedly infringing material appears.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. It must identify the removed material, include a good-faith statement that its removal was a mistake, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and carry your signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will notify the original complainant and may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days, unless the complainant obtains a court order restraining its restoration.

Repeat infringers

Anteomnio will terminate the accounts or access of users or clients who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
